Shipping & Returns

Shipping Date: Stock items will usually ship within 3 to 5 days after receipt of your order. Custom designed coats, chaps, chinks, and dusters can take 10-12 weeks to complete. Please allow additional time if orders are changed, added to or altered by the customer after cutting of materials. Please inquire at time of order for approximate delivery date, and materials availability. Some custom orders may be completed prior to the 10-12 weeks, please inquire.

Refunds/Returns: There are no refunds after 5 business days... exchange only. All expenses due to alterations made 5 days after the order is made are the responsibility of the customer. Stock (non-custom) items may be exchanged for a different size or option if we receive the request within 15 days of the shipment delivery date. Items returned for exchange must be in "new" condition. Shipping fees for exchanged items are the responsibility of the buyer.

Cancellations: We must be notified of a cancellation within 5 business days of placing the order. To request a cancellation after placing the order please call 1880 Western Wear, Inc at (509) 684-8717 to request a refund approval code.

Returns Due To Our Error: Of course, we're sorry we didn't get it right. We try very hard to meet your expectations, but if you receive a product from us that you didn't order, we will pay the shipping for the return and escalate a replacement shipment, for the item you actually ordered, upon return of our product. We may be able to ship sooner if you will authorize a new charge and accept a refund to your credit card when we get the item back.

Payment: Full Payment for the items purchased and the shipping charges is expected at the time you place your order.

Payment Methods: At the present time, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Money Orders, and Checks. Note: Orders paid for by check will not be shipped until our bank has time to clear the payment (up to 15 days).

Sales Tax: At this time, the US Federal Government only requires us to charge a sales tax if the delivery address is inside Washington State, USA.

**Refund/Return Policy - There are no refunds for custom orders on any items such as, Jackets, All custom made Chaps, Chinks, Vests, Frocks, Wedding apparels, Boots or any custom made items offered by 1880 Western Wear.

All items offered at 1880 Western Wear supplied by our numerous companies, Such as Scully, Wah-maker, Roper, Schaefer, Outback, Martin McCrea (Exclude custom ordered dresses) etc. are gladly refunded or exchanged.

When sizes are supplied by the customer in error or changed after 5 business days of order. A small charge for the alterations by our designers will be applied. Cancellations of any orders must be in writing with in 5 business days of placing the order. To request a cancellation after placing the order: please call 1880 Western Wear, LLC. 509-684-8717 and receive a refund approval code. Due to the Fact we are a custom design shop and the cost of materials, and labor on custom orders. There are No refunds for items, exchanges only offered for custom made items. No refunds.

A 20% fee is applied for all changes to orders after 5 days of placing order. Due to the cost of materials and labor. Changes include and not limited to: Design changes, colors, materials, sizes, items, additional items, delivery dates, etc.

20% fee applies after the materials have been cut or 5 business days of placing the order.

Rush order fees of $50.00 per item will be applied to all orders that that are custom made.

Alterations can be made to items at the Designers expense. Re- shipment fees will be provided by the customer. Customers wishing to exchange for different sizes must be returned within 15 days of receiving items. All custom designed coats, chaps, chinks, duster, belts, vests, may take 10-12 weeks, for completion, please allow additional time if orders are changed, added to or altered by the customer after cutting of materials. Delays due to supply of material may occur. Due to the cost of leathers and materials of custom work: Payment in full is expected at time of ordering Payment of Credit Card, Cash, Check or MO. All Custom work in Non Refundable.
